Customer Persona Resource Center

Based on extensive behavioral and transactional data, along with direct account holder input, HealthSavings has developed six behavior-based HSA customer personas for our account holders. And by providing targeted, persona-based communication and education, we are helping our account holders make better decisions to reach their specific health and financial wellness goals.
