Please pay close attention to this email, as it
contains several important reminders related to the HealthSavings' custodial
bank transition on September 1.
First and foremost, you will be happy to know that there's
no paperwork to complete for this transition.
Rather, most administrative functions, like setting up
contributions, funding and enrollments, can be handled through
our new online employer portal.

By next Friday, August 7,
employers with an existing employer login to our website will
receive an email from notifications@HealthSavings.com
containing their username and password for the new employer
portal. This email will contain instructions for:

in
·
Your funding options and how to
set them up
·
How to set up
post-September 1 contributions to employee HSAs
·
How to enroll
employees after September 1
Please keep an eye on your inbox next week for this
important information. Until then, view your options here.

As part of the conversion, we're able to transfer some, but not
all, employer-related information to the new portal.
We can transfer:

schedule and amounts

Therefore, we encourage you to log into the new
employer portal sometime between Monday,
August 10 and Monday, August 24 to set up your
banking information, contributions and other account information.

We're Contacting Employees Next
Week
Beginning Tuesday, August 4, we will send
reminder emails to account holders regarding access to their new
online accounts as well as key dates in the conversion.
Like employers, there's no paperwork for account
holders to complete. Rather, your employees may log into their
new online accounts at their leisure to set up authorized
signer(s), beneficiary(ies), investment elections and other
account information.

No Group Contributions August
26-31
As we prepare for the transition, we want to remind you that
group online contributions (GOC) must be set up in our existing
online system before 2 p.m. EST on Tuesday,
August 25 to be processed by Wednesday,
August 26. Otherwise, GOCs must wait until after the conversion
on September 1.
In addition, we ask that you do not send wire
transfers or checks between August 26-31 to avoid complications
as we transfer data and update our systems.
NOTE:
Once you receive access to the new employer portal, you may set
up post-September 1 online contributions, if desired.
