Dear Employer,


We're writing to let you know that we plan to email employees later this afternoon with several important reminders related to the HealthSavings' custodial bank transition on September 1.

  • New debit cards arrive between August 26-31
  • Service blackout (no account access) between August 26-31 as we transfer data and update our systems

Preview Our New Employer Portal


Last Friday, August 7, employers with an existing employer login to our website received an email containing their username and password for the new employer portal. This email contained instructions for:

·         How and where to log in

·         Your funding options and how to set them up

·         How to set up post-September 1 contributions to employee HSAs

·         How to enroll employees after September 1

If you did not receive this email, please contact us for your username and password and review the instructions provided in the email.

You may log into the new employer portal before August 24 or after September 1 to set up your banking information and other account information.  


Please ... Do Not Send Group Contributions Between August 26-31

As we prepare for the bank transition, we want to remind you that group online contributions (GOC) must be set up in our existing online system
before 2 p.m. EST on Tuesday, August 25 to be processed by Wednesday, August 26. Otherwise, GOCs must wait until after the conversion on September 1.  

In addition, we ask that you do not send wire transfers or checks between August 26-31 to avoid complications as we transfer data and update our systems.


Redirect Contributions to FPS Trust on September 1


When our bank conversion is completed on September 1, contributions must be redirected to our new custodian, FPS Trust. Options include:


1.     Schedule an ACH pull through our new employer portal

2.     Send an ACH/wire push; contact us for the banking information

3.     Mail a check made payable to "FPS Trust" to:
